Several Positions available - 2 full-time Employee positions and 3 Commissioned Sales Agents (Business Broker).

The responsibilities and qualifications will be divided up into 2 Full-Time employee positions - 90 day probation period at $12/hr. during training then job position will move to $30,000/yr. with opportunity to advance based on performance and efficiency. RE license is required. Business Broker Position is a commissioned based independent contractor. If you are capable and have a desire to make over $100,000+/year with a sales background, please apply. Main duties will be going on appointments and getting listings signed. RE license is required.

For 35 years, Business Resource Center has been selling businesses of all sizes and industries. We frequently work with attorneys, accountants, bankers, PEGs and others in the M&A field. Professional demeanor is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Telecommunication skills - inbound and outbound
  • Cold Calling setting appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Responding to voice mails and emails
  • Responsible for following up with Buyers
  • Scheduling
  • Status reports for Sellers
  • Filing
  • Other light office duties
  • Meeting agendas and minutes
  • Data Entry
  • Creating spreadsheets, profiles and write-ups
  • Meet regularly deadlines
  • Understand and encourage monthly sales goals
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and customers.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License - Must have or the ability to obtain a RE license
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, Access and Outlook is a MUST
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Powerpoint is preferred
  • Able to learn and become proficient with other computer programs quickly
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to speak and write professionally in English
  • Experience working in the engineering or construction industry is preferred
  • Must pass a drug test and a background check
